Perth Electric Bike Tours - Terms and Conditions

1. General:

‍By booking a rental or tour with Perth Electric Bike Tours, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Perth Electric Bike Tours.

2. Booking and Payment:

  • All bookings must be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our shop located on Adelaide Street in Fremantle.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental or tour will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental or tour will not be refunded.
  • In the event of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Perth Electric Bike Tours reserves the right to cancel tours. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

4. Rental Terms:

  • Bicycles and equipment must be returned in the same condition as when rented. Any damage or loss will be charged to the customer.
  • Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times during rental or tours.
  • The rental period is as specified during booking. Late returns may incur additional charges.

5. Guided Tours:

  • Tour participants must follow the guide's instructions and adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Participants must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to safely participate in the tour.
  • Perth Electric Bike Tours reserves the right to refuse service to any participant deemed unfit to ride.

6. Assumption of Risk:By participating in a rental or tour, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with cycling activities. Perth Electric Bike Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your rental or tour.

7. Liability Waiver:You agree to release and hold harmless Perth Electric Bike Tours, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your participation in the rental or tour.

8. Equipment Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for the care and return of all rented equipment.
  • Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period will be charged to the customer.

9. Safety and Conduct:

  • Helmets must be worn at all times.
  • Participants must obey all traffic laws and ride safely.
  • Any reckless or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of the rental or tour without a refund.

10. Age and Health Restrictions:

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment or join a tour unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Participants must be in good health and able to operate a bicycle safely.

11. Privacy Policy:Your personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions:Perth Electric Bike Tours reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

13. Governing Law:

‍These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
